Today, in Phoenix, security cameras caught a man in the act of setting a dumpster on fire, that was in close enough proximity to potentially burn down an entire apartment complex.

Luckily Rocstar, an up and coming artist hailing out of Phoenix, AZ who was recently featured on Worldstar was there to save the day.

The rapper and other onlookers sprung into action pouring cups of water (and whatever else they could find) In an attempt to extinguish the fire.
